Hans Pfalzgraf was one of hundreds of Green Impact project assistants who helped deliver behaviour change across campuses and communities this year.
Working in the labs of the University of East Anglia, Hans empowered teams of staff to drive energy efficiency, and generate innovation on sustainable practices. Using his own research and NUS training, Hans supported the department while developing his own project management skills.
“The role of project assistant allowed me to meet new interesting people and find networking opportunities”, Hans told us. “It also gave me an extra glimpse of what it is like to work in a lab.”
