We assessed the ethical and environmental credentials of 85 companies

Every year, we rigorously screen the practices of everyone who sell products in students’ unions to make sure their sustainability credentials match our values.

We assessed 85 companies this year, including every single supplier which was awarded a new contract for 2016.

Through this process, we identify areas of improvement for our suppliers, and constructively engage with them over the year to drive better practice on sustainability.
